Minor delays

This was the first time I had seen minor delays on the London tube caused by "non-availability of staff."

In some places, putting stuff out on the sidewalk is an acceptable , hassle-free method of "freecycling," but in London, it's illegal. Wonder if the the rubbish police have found this yet.
